"Cinder, I think that they're done with the spell." Tikoian said, going pick up the ring. But as his fingers touched it an electrical surge went from it to his body. He cried out in pain and held his injured hand carefully. "I think that you're the only one that can touch it, my daughter." he said, placing his uninjured hand on Cinder's head. "Take it."

"Now we just have to wait for Chris to wake up for him to tell you how to activate the ring's new powers." Tikoian said, lifting his old friend and his friend's wife and bringing them into their bedroom, setting them on the bed. He closed the door behind him as he left and sat down at the table.
